Compliance review for children's jewelry - Amazon keeps asking for ASTM report that's already submitted
Amazon asked for the test report for my children's jewelry products that are variations of the same family.
I already submitted the ASTM F2923-20 test report based on the Amazon policy for Children's Jewelry. The test was conducted by a CPSC-accepted lab. Some products were approved but the others declined.
Amazon's reason for the decline was because my submission was missing the heavy metal test report referenced in the CPSIA or ASTM standard. I have replied to Amazon for each case that the submitted ASTM report contained test result for all the heavy metals including lead, nickel and cadmium. I even clarified the page number where the metal tests were referenced. This has gone nowhere because after each time I re-submitted the document, I received the same response.
Moderator - can I ask your help to escalate and get answer from the compliance team - which element or test is missing? And why some products were approved and others were not? Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed Case ID: 15741101201 and they stated your document was incomplete and the case was resolved as they didn't hear back from you. As Case 15748764321 was recently created, I will not be able to escalate until the case is at least 14 days old as the team works cases first in/first out to make it fair for all sellers. Ensure that your document is complaint with all information on this help page.
If you still need help after the case has aged 14 days, please reply back so I can take a look.
