Our Brand Name has been changed / hijacked listings

ASIN B07X3ZNGJ8 is one of 122 ASIN's that has been hijacked from us by a different brand.
We have been contacting Amazon Seller Support and opening cases but has been receiving the same canned response over and over again. Our listing which we have been selling for years have been somehow changed to a different brand name. We are registered with Amazon Brand Registry but we cannot edit the listing as we are getting an error code 5995. We tried to report for abuse as advised but they keep on saying that the involved ASIN is not in our catalogue. We have provided all possible documents including trademark registrations, GS1 certificates, etc. We are the original creators of the listings, and the only authorized sellers! Please help!

I see that in case 16491677491, Amazon took action and mentioned below.

Amazon can share that we took action, but cannot give details on what specifically was done as this is information of another seller. Any changes made will take a few days to be reflected to the account.
Would you please let me know if you still have issues with some ASINs?
