General Product Safety Regulation - Email

We’ve deactivated some of your listings for products subject to General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements from sale on Amazon. This action does not impact your account health.

Note: If you’ve recently submitted information on your Account Health page, and no longer have pending actions in the Open Tab in the Product Policy Compliance section, you can disregard this message.

How do I reactivate my listings?

To reactivate your listings, provide the required compliance information by following the instructions below:

Click “Submit” next to the deactivated listing on your “Account Health” page and follow the instructions provided. The status for deactivated listings is "Listing removed".

You will need to reactivate deactivated listings shown as “Inactive” in the Manage Inventory dashboard in Seller Central. For instructions on how to relist these inactive listings, go to “Reinstating inactive listings: individual and bulk completion” help page. The listings will be eligible for reactivation, unless other violations for the same listing are present on the “Account Health” page.

I went to the link and there's nothing violated?
