Amazon not accepting the correct Media Compliance Document Type for Data Safety Sheet
Hi,
Have been trying to submit the requested Manufacturer's Safety Data sheets for GPSR requirements on Amazon for weeks now but Amazon keeps rejecting the chosen document type (Media Compliance Document Type) for some and accepting it for others for the same type of document. Have asked Amazon to confirm which document type we should choose instead to be compliant but have not received a specific reply. Only allowed to choose certain document types for GPSR according to this: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/GZJNHR2M4GDNM3Q3
Anyone else having this issue? How did you sort please?
