External competitive price incorrect

Greetings - does anyone know of a way to get an incorrect external competitive price fixed. I opened up a support case,The price of Amazon's capture is wrong, and it is required to refresh the product interface to re -match the "bidding",but was not able to get the issue resolved. It is for case ID 16517779071

Please help
