I found an error in the (my item) size information and I would like to enter it correctly but it is impossible because there is a lock. Any advice?

Hi @Seller_GBnIxMJ4ca9ZY,

Is it possible that the product is a child ASIN and that size is one of the configurable attributes? If so, and you’re familiar with using flat files, here’s a potential solution:

  1. First, separate the child ASIN from the parent by either overwriting the `parent_sku` field for the child or temporarily deleting the parent SKU. This will make all child SKUs independent. (Don’t worry—temporarily deleting the parent won’t cause you to lose reviews, rankings, etc.)
  2. Next, modify the size information for the child ASIN.
  3. Finally, relink the child to the parent. You can do this by either linking the child SKU back to the existing `parent_sku` or recreating the parent SKU if it was temporarily deleted.

This process should allow you to update the size information successfully.

Hello @Seller_GBnIxMJ4ca9ZY,

Have you been able to correct the information since you last posted?

Is there anything I can do to help?
