Charge Card Invalid

I've been trying to setup my amazon account for a long time now. I just got it activated, now my account has been set inactive due to dormancy, I have a Discover card that's acceptable in the united states as well as Canada. It's not being accepted as an acceptable charge card for my Amazon.ca store for Canada. I have the same address as I do for the United States store. I try adding a new card, and i've tried adding 2 new cards the past 24 hours, I tried adding one yesterday, it put error and try again in 24 hours due to security reasons. I can't add another card because it did the same thing today, so I gotta wait another 24 hours. What can I do to get this resolved and my account back?

The error that you see when you enter your credit card, is it on Amazon's side or your bank? If you have a screenshot of the error, please provide it here so that we can take a look. (try not to include any personal account or credit card information).
