Buyer Keeps Buying and Refunding

Hello,

I currently have two buyers who are purchasing the same item from me, around 10/20 orders a day, a few days later, I'm getting 10/20 refunds from the same buyers. Is there any way I can get report/ban a buyer from purchasing from me? Its clear they are just purchasing to either use and abuse Amazon refund policy, or trying to distract and hinder business.

Many thanks

Unfortunately you can't block a buyer on Amazon. You can only report them and hope something is done.

Been highlighting this for years :

If you have reimbursed funds from a refund, check how much you receive when a customer does not return an item.

A fraction of the refunded amount. Amazon just keep the difference.

File a claim through small claims court against this fraud buyer for defrauding you.

Under UK law you are not obliged to sell to anyone. You can refuse to complete the transaction. I would have no concern for cancelling all their orders. You have perfect evidence to show your reasons for doing so. I suggest you cancel all future orders. Submit previous evidence to Amazon and state your justifications. Ask for their agreement to continue cancelling future orders and request they conduct a review of that accounts purchasing patterns with other ASIN and traders. They can block that account, and prevent them from robbing other traders. Its not in their interest to have rogue accounts who are leaching the system. If you provide the evidence they are obligated to act. Persist until its done. You are helping to keep the platform free of these crooks. Also, report via ACTION FRAUD - google it! These people are probably working a racket that needs closing down.
