Lost Featured offer without any issues in account

We recently lost the Featured Offer (Buy Box) on our listings without any prior notice or explanation. Our account health is excellent — there are no policy violations, negative reviews, or issues with performance metrics. We have followed all guidelines diligently and have not made any changes that could justify this action.

We believe it is only fair and in line with Amazon's commitment to transparency and fair trade practices that sellers receive a clear explanation when such critical changes are made.
