Inventory Lost UK
Hello,
I have been missing my FBA inventory, that was sent to XUKS - CEVA AMXL 3PL (Derby, UK), CEVA Logistics, Unit 11, Wilders Way, Derby, Leicestershire DE74 2XL, GB (XUKS); Shippment ID : FBA15J248ZSQ. I sent invoice, DPD tracking IDs, and as always I get same answers from amazon support, that we need invoice , delivery note. I do not have delivery note because the goods are being delivered by DPD, we need to investigate with DPD. The current data shows that the goods are on a trailer and have not been unloaded. Parcels are held to be booked in (Depot Trailer 26-675). Any help? Case ID: 10088848932
