Shipment Showing "Shipped" yet ASINs buyable on Amazon Australia Website

Hi everyone,

Has anyone encountered this. My shipment on the shipping queue shows a status of "shipped". Not scanned into my inventory as yet. However ASINs shipped are showing as buyable on Amazon Australia and are live.

Customer bought a product yet Amazon has not even scanned as delivered in their Kemps Creek Warehouse.

I have raised a case and received a few replies yet i am not receiving the relevant answer to my concern.

So I thought I would ask the forum to see if anyone has encountered this and maybe knows the answer?

thanks all

Amazon does this deliberately if they think the inbound stock is close to being received by the FC. In that case it's made to be buyable, but the estimated delivery date to the end customer is set further in the future even though it's prime
