How do I contact customer by email? They need to pay a customs charge

Hi, I received a notification that a customer has a pending customs charge (Belgium) and has 10 days to pay it. However, I can't see an email available for them. I sent them a message on the platform but I find that customers often don't respond to/open these messages.

Can Amazon seller support contact the customer for me?

If there a way to access the customer's email address?

Many thanks indeed

Your customer should not be asked to pay any additional charges, Amazon terms clearly state you must cover this, and that the price shown on your listing is the total price the customer pays. You can do this either by registering and paying the VAT in all countries you sell to, or you need to send DDP, where you pay the courier the tax, and they file it for you.

I definitely would not ask seller support to contact the customer as you would be flagging the fact that you are breaking the rules.

There is no way to direct email a customer, and again this is not allowed, you have to go though the messaging system so that the Amazon bots can monitor all messages that are being sent.
