Organized Retail Theft On My Amazon FBA Products Please Help !

Over the last 6 months there has been organized retail theft on my products with over 120 packages stolen. i ship each package with 30 units and the thieves steal all 30 out of the package and the package is scanned in as delivered with no units received this has been a very difficult to handle for my business given the fact that it takes 2 months for me to know if amazon even got the item and when i find out they do not not only has my items been sold out for months amazon is giving me a very hard time with reimbursement fr these items still have over 20 shipments im still trying to get reimbursed for but now all i get from amazon are automated messages requesting my receipt that i provide over and over again it is very frustrating.

Does anyone know how i can talk to a real person to get my stolen items reimbursed and find out if they were able to get this theft problem taken care of ? So far it has added up to about $28K inn losses

Why do you keep sending stuff to FBA (presumably the same way) if it never gets received? We'd have been doing FBM while working to sort out the first instance.

When creating a case with Amazon be diplomatic. Don't accuse them of stealing.

Did you label and package each item? Or was this done off-site by a 3rd party supplier? Do you have images of how the items are labeled? Did the shipping boxes have a shipping and FBA label on it? Is the issue at only one warehouse (possibly a new one that's actually following written Amazon policies)?
