I have a product family lost featured offer eligibility 2 months ago, and I can't find the reason, I am a brand owner and this is a very unique product, a product of our design, so there is no price competition for this product, but I tried to decrease the price to reach featured offer eligibility but it didn't work, my brand and product reviews and ratings are very good, 99% of my preoducts have featured offer eligibility, but this variation family of two couldn't have got eligibilty ever for the last two months.
Admins, can you investigate these two...B0CWLSZ1FQ, B0DVZNT6PM They were good sellers and have 3 ratings of 5 stars. The reply of the case ID :17270525581 says that it is not about pricing, then what, I can't find.
