AMAZON DISCRIMINATING NORTHERN IRISH SFP SELLERS

Does anyone else feel like Amazon seems to treat Northern Irish sellers unfairly when it comes to Seller Fulfilled Prime? We meet and often beat the delivery standards, but our listings often don’t get the Prime badge, and it feels like the only reason is where we’re based.

If a customer orders on a Monday before our order cut-off time, Amazon’s own system requires us to deliver by Wednesday, which we can absolutely do. The problem is, when we input the customer’s postcode, Amazon shows them a delivery estimate of Saturday? That’s days after we’ll actually have the parcel delivered. It’s misleading to our customers and especially when you are advertising, it is hurting our CVR quite a lot.

How is this fair? It feels like Northern Irish sellers are being punished for no reason. It seems to be a robot that assumes we can’t deliver on time when we clearly can?

Surely other sellers are dealing with this same problem. Northern Irish businesses like ours can’t keep being held back by these outdated policies.
