funds not released even after account reinstate the show begging balance in first now they are not showing in satlment
I got reinstate my account after 1 year after this month has been passed and my funds is not withdrawing which one was stuck in after the reinstatement the funds shows as a expanse in after ACC reinstate I have multiple times apeal and create multiple case but my payment has been not withdrawal
Now my payment 1654 is not showing in current settlement period but showing in as a beginning balance in settlement period 18/2/2024 _ 18/8/2024
Please look into this matter and release my Begging balance which is showing in payment dashboard statement view in above mentioned period

Just to clarify, your account has been reinstated, but you're unable to disburse funds, correct?
