Shipping Over prices, for Prime FREE shipping warning

We had a warning certain items being removed as shipping over priced. Anyone else had this issue?
The price for shipping was £0.00 (so-caled free shipping), as it was for Prime orders and RM Tracked 24 automated.
We wondered if the issue was BFPO shipping, as that is charged, BUT it was not all items though, so if the settings incorrect, why only a few products?
We have now removed BFPO, so not sent there at all, hopefully that may resolve.
It would be far better if Amazon just explained their exact issue, rather than just say fair charging policy.
Any ideas?
