Review and update your Selling on Amazon account information- Account Temporarily De-activated

In short, we have been selling our products on Amazon for years. Recently we were asked to re-verify. When we submit the information, we then receive a notice from KYC that says they need additional information to continue.

When we click the link we are taken to the exact same page. We are prompted to "Review your country of establishment and business type". These details have not changed, but we update them anyway- then the cycle continues.

Our account has been temporarily de-activated for over 3 weeks now. Several open cases- nothing is happening, no help from Amazon whatsoever. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else having the same problem and if so how was it resolved?
