Brand Authorization Letter
We have been buying products from one Brand but they are not providing the Authorization in their Letter Head as it is the Company Policy, however, they have confirmed to us through their official email that We are on Their List of the approved seller and also confirmed us through email that we can sell on Amazon. They are sending us Invoices, Packing Lists, and every possible document that can authenticate the Purchase.
In this scenario, if Amazon asks us to provide the Authorisation Letter can this email confirmation from their official address be enough to prove our Legality of Purchasing and selling on Amazon?
Moreover, In this email, they Categorically wrote that it is their policy not to give an Authorization Letter on their Letter Head.

One single letter, on company business stationary (Company logo/contact information...)
stating you are authorized to list their brand on Amazon and you are either purchasing from them direct, or that distributor XYZ you are buying from is a brand authorized distributor.
Signed with contact information and company position (Director of sales, Owner.....)

Greetings @Seller_gCckla8zztHkI,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your post here at the Seller Forums. Our team of moderators is constantly working to address all inquiries as soon as we can and also thank you so much for utilizing the seller forums to obtain help with brand authorization letter.
For intellectual property violations, Amazon will require you ONE of the following documents:
- licensing agreement or an authorization letter from the rights owner (cannot be a forwarded email); OR
- Invoices proving the authenticity of your products (you may remove pricing information); OR
- Amazon order IDs demonstrating product authenticity; OR
- A court order finding that your product does not infringe the asserted IP, or that the asserted IP is invalid or unenforceable.
With that said, if you have your invoices coming from the rights owner, it is enough to prove your legality of purchasing and selling the product(s) on Amazon.
Please visit the page Amazon’s IP enforcement for more information.
The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward.
Wish you all the best,
Nikki
