Do I need to upload invoice for business customers?
I just saw there's a Customer Service Performance item called Invoice Defect Rate, that means I have to upload an invoice for business customers within one day of shipping.
I have an LLC, and sell to US Customers. Do I have to do that or is it possible that Amazon do it?
Any help will be very appreciated.
