IP Complaint from a brand that isn't the owner of the original product?
Hello, this is my first post but i'm genuinely lost right now. I have had a brand IP complaint for a product and upon checking the listing I saw that the original brand has been replaced by a completely different brand? That is definitely no way connected to the original product. They are also sellers on this listing and are now the only sellers of this product that they DO NOT OWN. This is impacting my account health and although I've tried to appeal and report the account, Amazon refuses to acknowledge it at all?? The original brand is extremely clear cut, so i'm not sure how this seller changed it to their brand when there is no record of their involvement or connection to the original brand. Knowing Amazon though, i'm not sure if this can be sorted but any advice on how to deal with this would be much appreciated.

The question is really whether it was always under the incorrect brand or if it was changed recently.
Looking at your store you are selling a number of products that are incorrectly branded, so if you do get this one resolved it is likely to happen again.
