SAFE-T claim is a joke
So, I'm sure I'm not alone, but how often does a customer open and use consumable (kitchen) products totaling £60 and claim a refund and Amazon think it's acceptable?
Obviously the customer is always correct, but wow! Amazon issued an immediate refund to the customer, the customer return the three items and they are open and used, as they are food related and open they cannot be sold or returned to the wholesaler.
SAFE-T claim submitted and a reimbursement of £11.99 granted and I'm waiting on an explanation from Amazon! How is this even a thing? I know I'm new to Amazon, but I'm not new to retail. Unsurprising, all my FBM items have been pulled from my inventory and I'm no longer selling them through Amazon. What a complete farse!
