Removing AI Image from Listing

Hello

I've been trying to remove an AI image from my listing. Amazon has automatically updated the second image on my listing with an AI-generated version that does not accurately represent my product’s quality.

It is a low quality image.

I have opened Case log to no avail.

- I've removed all of the images from the listing and the AI image still appears.

- I've 9 new images to the listing after 24 hours of being imageless. The AI image still appears.

Previous Case ID: 17584590941

Could an Amazon Rep please help in escalating this issue?

I wanted to reach out to you as I took a look at CASE ID 17628945351 and it appears about a day ago, the support team mentioned: "We have received confirmation from our internal team that the AI-generated image has been successfully removed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the changes to be fully reflected on the detail page."

Please follow up with us if the AI images are still reflecting by Monday April 28th, 2025 and we will continue investigating why they haven't been removed yet. Until then, I wish you well and hope you have a wonderful weekend.
