Negetive Feedback left for order fully refunded
Dear Amazon seller support,
Please help us for the negative feedback left for order: 701-3174316-6854616
We gave buyer full refund but still got negative feedback. We had issue in inventory and when we found it, we give cutomer full refund asap but afer few months still got negative feedback.
We could not contact buyer when she did not contact us first so we can not explain the reason.
