Item sold to Canada and America while NOT visible in those market place

I am only subscribe to the UK market place, yet I keep getting orders from America and Canada which I have to cancel. This has been affecting the health of my account.

How is this possible if I my items are not visible in these places?

It is perfectly possible because buyers will be buying FROM the UK marketplace, not necessarily the US/Canada sites. You need to go to your shipping settings (cog wheel top right) and make sure that international sales are not active, and when you are listing your items make sure you only tick the box for domestic/UK.
