Any recent experiences with AGL & AWD?

Hi guys,

We are considering switching to AGL & AWD. What are your experiences with these programs?

Overall, I hear:

- AGL is cheaper than other forwarding, but customer contact is bad & sometimes big delays

- AWD is cheap but slow
