I have been selling this product since 2013 and have not provided any in acurate information on the listing.
I have spoken to Amazon 4 times and they will not tell me what the problem is.

Do you have any idea what kind of inaccurate information on the product detail page are they talking about?
They must have sent you prior warnings as suspensions like this usually don’t happen out of blue.

I can’t see what the issue is with the product detail pages on this ASIN, Amazon will expect the product detail to abide by their policy below, but other than the over use of capitalisation on one line I can’t determine the problem the SKU is SM BK, the only possible issue in the mention of vehcile use in the description , where Amazon’s policy states;
For automobile parts, do not include vehicle information in the titles. With Part Finder, buyers can select their specific vehicle make and model and seamlessly find compatible products. However, it might be confusing if buyers are shown a product, with vehicle information in the title that does not match the make and model that they have selected.
