How long does it take to remove a fraudulous seller from our product listing
Hello All,
We have an imposter seller illegally using our listing to sell counterfeited goods, they do not buy from us, We are the producer of the goods, our trademark is registered (not pending) in Canada and nobody else is allowed to sell our branded goods. We do not have an authorized distribution agreement with anybody. We have reported the violation to Amazon but the seller is still active on the listing. My question to anybody that can answer is...How long does it take for Amazon to remove the IP and trademark infringing seller?? It was my understanding that usually they are removed immediately but in this case, Amazon responds with....it might take 1-2 days. Really?? Sales are down, my Amazon Choice badge was removed because of this and this is creating a loss of sale for us and possible damage to the brand. Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated

You'll have to do a test buy to find out if the item is indeed counterfeit and infringing on your brand.
If it is your item and your trademark, there isn't any counterfeit infringement going on here.

As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, you need to make a test buy, and once you have evidence of it, follow the Help Page "Report the violation".
