Account deactivated, No help from Amazon

I’m a new seller on Amazon and honestly, this whole experience has been exhausting.

My account was deactivated within a week of opening — after just 2 orders in December. Since then, I’ve submitted everything Amazon could possibly ask for, multiple times:

Invoice from my supplier

My supplier’s invoice from the manufacturer

Authorized distributorship certificate

Bank statement showing payment to the supplier

And yet every time, the same copy-paste response: “We do not have sufficient evidence to reactivate your account.”

What more do they want? There’s zero transparency, no actual feedback on what’s missing, and no human support. I've emailed, appealed, and escalated multiple times for months, and I’m just stuck in a loop.

If I’ve submitted genuine documents, made legitimate sales, and followed every instruction — why is Amazon still not giving a proper reason or resolution?

This isn’t just unfair — it’s demoralizing. I know I’m not the only one going through this, but it seems like no one at Amazon actually reads what we submit or bothers to explain what’s wrong.

If anyone has faced something similar and managed to get their account reinstated, or knows how to get through to someone at Amazon who actually helps, please share. I’ve done everything right and still got shut down without a chance.
