i have a registered design and it is been approved by the government and certificate has been issued. i have filed design right infrigenment case in brand support and got one product removed from amazon store

when i filed it again against a seller who is selling my design without my permission,, my case was rejected by the amazon brand support and said that the design was not novel.

please solve this. the design is novel and original and is being sold by us from only in the entire India
