Product listing moved from Vendor to Seller Central triggered deactivation of ASIN with no resolution

I am posting here in the hopes my cases are reviewed and investigated by Amazon.

Ecovet products have been sold via Vendor Central for over five (5) years. We are moving to Seller Central. Two of three (2 of 3) of our ASINs were listed successfully . However, one ASIN was listed via the 'copy current listing' (from Vendor Central) which triggered the listing to be deactivated due to the word 'Food' in the descriptive title. This product is listed as an insecticide but because the word 'food' was used it was then determined to be ingestible and therefore a violation. However all attempts, 6 support cases, have not provided a resolution to the listing. I cannot change the descriptions in the INACTIVE state.

Mar 13 I received notice that the ASIN was in the process of being reactivated which may take up to 2 business days to complete. Unfortunately I received another notice Mar 14 it was not being reactivated as it has been identified as 'restricted'.

I provide this information for this posting and audience:

The Product is currently being sold on Amazon . Amazon continues to sell the SAME product, SAME ASIN as the one they are currently restricting to me on Seller Central.

It is NOT restricted for sale or distribution by the state or federal agencies. I have provided evidence proving this.

The product does NOT contain any restricted ingredients. I have provided evidence proving this.

I am respectfully asking that someone in Amazon Seller Support will review this case (most recent 1796593211) and see the pattern that has locked up the ASIN and provide a resolution.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have experienced with your ASINs being removed for being restricted. I do want to provide support as I understand this can be increasingly concerning. I attempted to review the case you have provided, but the information does appear to be limited. Do you have any other case IDs that are relevant to this situation that you could share?

I understand that you have been unable to go in and manually update the detail page on the product due to the listing status. Do you have the option for submitting a feed file that includes the necessary adjustments? I would advise on attempting to see if this is an option as this may allow you to adjust the listing and dispute the violation. If unsuccessful, be sure to note down the batch ID and any other relevant details to the submission as this can be provided in the dispute to show what actions you have attempted to address the concern.

As for other sellers listing this product, I would advise on maintaining your focus to your situation as our team does not take into account the status of other sellers when reviewing the dispute. Please be aware that if you submit a dispute off the basis that other ASINs are currently live, we will not be able to guarantee any kind of favorable outcome.

I do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with any information or details that you have relating to this concern so that I may continue to review and offer support.

Best,

Atlas
