Appeal Rejected

We shipped the Medical device ($2k value) and it was returned after 26 hrs of use. We already clarified in our returned request authourisation that the used machine can not be returned without any specific problem and it has manufacturer warranty for two years and can be honoured by us. Used machine can not be returned to the distributor/manufacturer too. We asked the buyer for all issue, details and assured him of warranty and our commitment to fulfill that.

Buyer never replied on chat and kept silent on our messages. We asked him that we can send the machine back without any shipping charges but never got any reply back. After a month he filed for A to Z claim and it was promptly granted. we appealed that we are ready to send the machine back as asked for on the chat but appeal rejected.

Previously we sent the machine back, after informing the buyer on chat whithout any confirmation from the buyer. Buyer filed the A to Z claim and got both machine and money back. We changed our policy to wait for the confirmation from the buyer.
