Safe t claim - Denied?!?
Hi all
A customer has returned a product that he purchased from another supplier - He even included their original invoice and Amazon have twice denied the claim for no discernible reason.
At best, I think the customer just clicked the wrong seller when returning the product, as worst I think he purchased from us after a failed attempt to return the item to original supplier - Either way, Amazon has refunded him, left us out of pocket and with a product we can't restock or resell.
I can't get anywhere with the SAFE T claims process, despite clear & careful explanations as well as pictures.
Any tips? :)
