We use Amazon’s listing loader to find our products in the amazon Catalogue, however on the latest try of this, we were ok for the UK site, but for the remaining EU sites we get the following message (different languages for FR, IT, ES & DE) once we hit the bulk look up button.

An internal error occurred with your request. Please try again.

We download the latest file from the relevant site and we can see a reference to the site in the file name and the language in the file relates to the site we are trying to use.

We enter the credentials and once we hit the bulk lookup function, it starts momentarily then we get the error message.

I left it few days before trying again and get the same message.

We have tried saving the file to the latest excel version.
The version downloaded is TemplateType=Offer Version=2014.0703
We have tried on 2 different computers.

Any help appreciated?
