Amazon Return Policy Damaging my Product Rating
My Product has been deemed 'non returnable', as a result my product reviews have been severly impacted because Amazon is not making it clear to customers about it not being returnable. I have reached out and 'reported' these reviews but nothing is done ever. Amazon please make it known to customers that items are non returnable, that or please create a flow like for Seller Feedback to remove product reviews that are clearly to do with Amazon Policy and are not Product related.

When a product is non-returnable, there will be a message on the Product Detail Page disclosing this fact. Product reviews are supposed to be about the product and not whether or not it is returnable. If you have a product review about the return process, you can post back here with the ASIN and I will ask that business team to consider your request.
