You can find the exemption sheets in the Manage dangerous goods classification page on Seller central.

Simply navigate to the bottom right corner and follow the instructions in the screenshot.

Once you select the language, click on "Exemption sheet for battery and battery-powered products".

to download the Excel file. Inside, you'll find explanations on how to fill it out. Additionally, I recommend checking out the Manage dangerous goods classification FAQ page for further assistance.
