Amazon seller account

I was an individual seller and I had sold my Amazon account but the person I sold the account had got the account banned and had contacted me to help him stupidly I opened the account on my phone and my Amazon account also got banned so here is the appea I wrote should I change this and what should I do here is my ear Amazon Seller Support,

You can’t appeal by forum post, you need to go through the proper channels, though the same responses will appear as before. You transferred an account which is against amazon policy.

Your best hope is to get the previous account reinstated. If you can’t do that you are likely to remain unable to sell on amazon.

I think that sentence there sums it all up.
That just reads as, my original account was trashed, I can’t do anything with it. I’ll try to get around the rules by pretending it’s now someone else’s account…

And then for some reason, Amazon managed to link the accounts and closed the new one. I can’t imagine why? :wink:
