Accessing Premium A+ Content

I have met all requirements for Premium A+ Content. I have 18 approved projects (15 EBC + 2 Brand story) on my only ASIN.

Sellers support confirmed that I have met all requirements but I still do not have the option to create Premium A+ Content.

It has been over a month since I have met all the requirements.

My case ID 16642116661

Can you please help me get access to Premium A+?
