No one can answer your question until you share the emails that explain why your account is disabled. Remove any personal info.

Amazon responds on their time, not yours. Stop and give them time to respond.

Based on your previous posts I have to wonder if you already received the email that says you are permanently deactivated and they will no longer respond to you as you have not complied with amazon policies.
