What could be happening?... I sent an appeal to Amazon Seller Performance on June 28 and today is July 9 and they still don't response: These are the emails I sent.

Based on your previous posts I have to wonder if you already received the email that says you are permanently deactivated and they will no longer respond to you as you have not complied with amazon policies.
