After TRO settlement, My Amazon seller account still can't release fund
Regarding these two cases, I have contacted the rights owner's lawyer to reach a settlement and the rights owner told me that they have contacted the relevant Amazon team to withdraw their complaint with NOTICE OF DISMISSAL. The rights owner told me that he has contacted Amazon to withdraw the lawsuit. The rights owner told me that the (Case No. 24-cv-03958 and Case No. 24-cv-03461) are closed and will not respond to any messages from me. They told me the funds in my seller account have not been unfrozen because of Amazon's internal technical problems. I am so helpless. I have contacted Amazon Seller Support Center many times but they are unable to resolve the issue for me. The funds in my account have been stuck for more than 5 months. We contacted Amazon many times, and all emails are transfer without any response.
