My account has been linked to a Book Store because of same Name
For the past 2 months, we have been facing a serious issue on our account. Our store has been linked with a bookstore whose name happens to be the same as our store due to which the books of that bookstore keep appearing on the "Best Seller" widget of our store page. We have opened multiple cases during the 2 months in which the associates gave us thousands of assurances that they had removed our link with the bookstore and the books would be removed from our store after some time (sometimes this time is 24 hours, sometimes it is 72 hours and sometimes it was 7 days). But even after all the assurances nothing was resolved and we regularly see new books in our store! Someone, please help me with this issue! Thank you!
