I haven't access to my seller central account for over a month.
About a month ago, I tried to log into my seller account, and I received an error saying "We have detected ususualy activity on your account. Please conntact customer support for future assistance" Due to issues with my buyer account, I cannot access my seller central account.

The thing is, I don’t use my customer account at all and have never logged into it. When I contacted customer support, they asked me to verify my customer account and requested the last three orders and what’s in my cart. I don’t have this information because I haven’t logged into my customer account; all I can provide are credit card details and addresses. Another option for verification is to submit my documents again, and they ask me to wait 24 to 48 hours to receive an email where I can upload my documents. And guess what? I’ve never received any email. This will be the fifth time I’ve been told to wait 24-48 hours for an email. I don’t believe it because I’ve never received one.
Seller support team says that everything is okay with my seller central account and that I need to resolve the issue with my customer account, so I should contact customer support.
Why am I writing here? Because my customer account isn’t very important to me, but I’ve had my seller account for 5 years, and I’ve been actively selling for all that time. I’m desperate and trying every method I can to regain access to my seller account.
Maybe someone had this problem and can help me with this.

Since your buyer and seller accounts share the same e-mail address then if there is ever an account compromise or an attempt from someone else to access either our system will lock down the account until you contact customer service.
At this time you will need to try and login to your buyer account, if you have trouble signing in, you can use this form to get in touch with them or call them via 1-888-280-4331.
Alternatively you can try to reset your buyer account password or visit this help page for more option with account access.
