Downgrading account Issues
I am so disappointed! I have been trying for about 2 months now off and on to downgrade from Professional account to Individual account with no luck.
I don't get the option to select Individual because it says I need the Professional for certain services - Ive been chatting with support, emails and calling and no one is able to fix this issue. I am forced to keep the Professional account and pay the monthly fees and this isn't right, can't even remove my credit card infromation so I don't get charged

Amazon Business is free with your professional selling account. It provides exclusive access to features that enable you to target millions of business customers.

You will need to un-enroll from this service first before trying to downgrade your account.
You can check this by accessing your Seller Central account, go to your account information, Account overview, manage your business.
From there, you select Amazon business and click un-enroll.
