Account health getting down every weak
Hi i got two violations of counterfeit without test buy my account get on risk of deactivation and its account health drop to 160 i deleted the listing but amazon did not remove the violation now 4 points of my account health is getting down every weak now its on 148 is their any solution?

I'm unsure if Counterfeit without Test Buy violations get removed if you delete the listings.
If it doesn't get removed - it will drop off after 180 days. The only way to increase your score is to sell more basically.

what i dont get is i haev a warning on an item readily avaialbe at costco uk, and yet counterfiet with no test buy is on my warning, Sellers, are able to breate there own brand name, for a costco item and they become the rights owner and there not in reality, so it actualy leaves it open for costco to take the sellers through legal action

I have a similar issues with a brand name, i am sending in the invoice from an online store but they are telling me for more information??? but what do they want??
