As the title says, we do not use Royal Mail (and have selected which carrier we use in the shipping templates) - but our delivery date on FBM products is now next week. Why is everyone being penalised?

It could be that there is a knock on effect that couriers could be overwhelmed or even Amazon delivery services due to the movement of stock.
I have taken advantage of the situation by upping the prices of my one day and 2 day delivery services. If you have reliable couriers and the 1 and 2 day delivery options are open to you, then offer these services at great prices and this will have a potential increase on your market share.

Have you got the automate shipping settings on? Our shipping times are normal on items we ship via another courier and the rest we changed the handling times on, so they reflect differently. We haven’t seen the same on those we haven’t changed. We don’t have automated shipping on.
