VTR below 95% despite always providing tracking details-why?

Hi all,
I’ve had a warning email that my VTR has dropped to 12.85%, but I can’t understand why because I always provide service user-Royal Mail or Evri, and tracking number. I have downloaded the relevant report from my amazon account which shows tracking numbers for all sales. What am I doing wrong? This is very frustrating and I’m worried they’ll freeze my sales.

Thanks in advance
Ellen

At a guess it will be your royal mail orders, you need to purchase the royal mail postage through amazon as they will then remove these from your count, you cannot use royal mail without going through amazon to purchase, we got stung with this and took us a while to figure it out. hope this helps

Hello @Louvretie_UK_Online,

This is Amelia from Amazon to assist you.

We understand your concern mentioned above that you have been receiving emails about valid tracking rate.

As your valid tracking Rate has been dropped to 12.85% which is less than threshold i.e.,95%, you were receiving notifications about improving Valid Tracking Rate.

The Valid Tracking Rate is all shipments with a valid tracking number as a percentage of total shipments during a given 30-day time period. Valid tracking Rate only applies to seller fulfilled orders.

You can get more information on Valid Tracking Rate policy here

If you feel that the report included incorrect orders, you can report to Seller Support by raising a case here

Thank you @Holdcrofts, @The_Little_Shop for your inputs.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Do reach out if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
Amelia
