listing removed, no response from account health team after 21 days of submitting appeal.

Hello, our product listing was removed from amazon, 21 days ago we submitted an appeal and no answer or any type of update has been provided by the account health team. the product is our own unique trademarked product. the seller support have not helped, we have also called the account health team multiple times via the 'call me now' button but they would just say to wait until the main account health team provides an answer to your appeal. it has been 21 days, what kind of support is this? This is extremely frustrating, our income has stopped due to a malicious complaint by a competitor without amazon taking a single look into anything. i have made a forums post and no mod even replies after tagging them even a week later. this is unbelievable.
