Why is my Seller Storefront not showing on my listing - my freight forwarder needs my seller storefront link?
I have set up a new listing with 6 sku’s. The listing is not showing my seller storefront name and click through and my freight forwarder needs this to complete PVA. My listing is live but not complete yet as I am just waiting to ship and complete the listing imagery. Could someone advise me is there a part of my listing that i need to complete in order for this to show on my listing? Thanks so much!

If your listing is not complete, it may not show in your storefront
Are you on the £30 a month pro plan too ?

Why on earth does the freight forwarder need this information?

Find your seller id and put it in the URL above.
Seller ID is called the Merchant token and is located in your account inofrmation page.
They obviously want to see that Amazon have got your VAT number and validated it.

Yes I am VAT registered and all set within seller central for that. I will try the merchant token suggestion above and see if that works.
I do however still need my seller storefront to show on my listing, and have raised a query with seller support as to why it is not showing but no response yet!
