Account Deactived due to Restricted Product Policy Violations
Hello there,
I was wondering if anyone can help dispute the problem on my account - I have been going back in circles with Amazon Support Team and have been receiving the same, generic response, despite providing all necessary documentation and UKCA, EU compliance documentation, such as UKCA Declaration of Conformity, EC Declaration of Conformity, real photos of the products, packagins, Safety Data Sheets etc. The products in question are model kits that have been highlighted as board game that violate Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), but my documents clearly state that they comply with mentioned regulation. Listings have been removed from the catalogue on a day that I received the violation notification and I do not intend to selling them (do not have them on hand). Despite all of that, all appeals keep getting the same message.

I have spoken with Amazon Health Specialists over the phone at least 30 times - each time someone says they understand and will pass an internal note to have the violation removed manually, but "another team is only able to do so" - never happens... I am sending the same documents over and over and keep receiving the same generic response..... Is there any other way of contacting someone who can remove the violation please?
