how do I close my account?

Hi,

I've changed my address and do not receive anything sent there anymore. Therefore I can't finish the registration of my account because I don't receive the code Amazon is sending via mail. Is there any way I could either update the address the code is being sent to or close this account? I've tried closing the account, but nothing happens when I confirm it.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

First of all, I’m writing this message because I found myself in a similar situation as you described in your previous post. If it’s okay, I’d like to ask you a quick question. Did you manage to solve your utility bill issue somehow? I’m living in Hungary and also trying to find a solution.
